The MTP/MPO loopback is generally used to test the signal return in the system or network system. It detects whether there is an abnormality in the link by testing the transmission capability and receiving sensitivity of the network equipment, so as to effectively test and evaluate the network. The MPO/MTP loopback including a fiber optic patch cord, is to process both end of a section of multi cores optical fiber into an MPO/MTP connector, so that a single connector can send and receive in one end, without changing the signal or repeating the signal back to itself, implementing the loop.
