Description:
The stranded air blown micro-cable is mainly composed of outer sheath, fiber paste, cable paste, fiber reinforced composite plastic (FRP). The outer sheath is filled with cable paste.

The main function of the cable paste is to prevent water and moisture and allowing the optical fiber to naturally extend in the bundle tube without being stressed.The cushion and the FRP together act as a center reinforcement to increase the strength of the cable. FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) is a good corrosion-resistant material. It has good resistance to atmospheric, water and general concentrations of acid, alkali, salt and various oil and solvent. If a wire is used as a reinforcement in a place with a power grid, a magnetic field is generated and interference is caused. The outer diameter of  stranded air blown micro cable is small, optical density is high, and fiber-to-fiber ratio and utilization rate of the pipeline is high. It is greatly solves problems such as tight pipeline resources. The laying cost advantage is obvious, and the investment cost can be controlled reasonably according to the demand. It is suitable for application scenarios such as long-distance trunk lines, urban communication pipelines, oil pipelines, and cell access.
