The structure of single sheath ADSS cable is that fiber loose tube is twined at a certain pitch on the center strengthen member(usually FRP) and then wrapped according to the required tensile strength Kevlar yarn is then extruded into a PE or AT jacket. The fiber core is filled with grease.
