Description
100G QSFP28 SR4 optical transceiver is applied for short-distance applications which take up more than 50% of the entire market. It uses 8-core multimode fiber for parallel transmission. The fiber type is often use OM3 and OM4. The 100G optical transceiver module interface uses 12-core MPO (a bit expensive). The middle 4-core is not enabled. Each channel Support 25G, consistent with 40Gbase-SR4 interface.
